These terms apply to your use of Cardrosa Biodata ("we", "us") at https://biodata.cardrosa.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
Cardrosa Biodata lets you fill in your details, pick a template, customise colours, preview your marriage biodata, and download it as a PDF. Everything you enter is processed and stored in your own browser, as described in our privacy policy.
Price and payment
Creating and previewing a biodata costs nothing. Downloading it as a PDF costs ₹11 (Indian Rupees), paid once through Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets. The price is shown on the download button before you pay.
After a successful payment, you can edit and download your biodata again as many times as you like on the same browser and device. The unlock is remembered by your browser, so clearing your browser's site data, using private or incognito mode, or switching devices will require a new payment. If this happens by mistake, contact us with your payment reference.
Your content
You are responsible for everything you enter into your biodata, including making sure it is true and that you have the right to use any photos you upload. Do not use the site to create a biodata for someone else without their consent, to impersonate anyone, or to mislead anyone.
Since your biodata never reaches our servers, we cannot recover a draft that was lost because browser data was cleared.
Templates and design
The templates, designs, and artwork on this site belong to us. You may use a downloaded biodata for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing it with families and matchmakers. You may not resell the templates or copy the site.
No guarantees about outcomes
We provide a tool to present your information. We do not arrange marriages, verify anyone's details, or guarantee any match or response.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for that download.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Maharashtra, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Payments already made are governed by the terms in place at the time of payment.
