What you are paying for
The ₹11 payment unlocks the PDF download of your biodata on your browser and device. The PDF is generated and delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed. You can preview your biodata exactly as it will look before you pay.
When you are eligible for a refund
- Money was deducted, but the download was not unlocked and we could not fix it for you.
- You were charged more than once for the same biodata.
When refunds are not given
- You changed your mind after the PDF was downloaded.
- You are unhappy with how the biodata looks. You can see the exact preview before paying, and you can edit and download it again at no extra cost on the same device.
- There is a mistake in details you entered. You can correct it and download again at no extra cost on the same device.
- You cleared your browser data or switched devices. Contact us and we will try to help.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any point before completing the payment by closing the payment window. Nothing is charged in that case. Once a payment succeeds, the download is delivered immediately, so it cannot be cancelled, but the refund rules above still apply.
If money was deducted but the download did not unlock
UPI and bank payments can occasionally take a few minutes to confirm. Reopen the editor on the same device after a few minutes and it will unlock automatically once the payment is confirmed. If the payment fails, your bank usually reverses the amount on its own within 5 to 7 business days.
How to request a refund
Reach us through the contact page within 7 days of the payment. Include the payment ID from the Razorpay confirmation SMS or email (it starts with "pay_") and a short description of the problem.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, the amount usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
